AVENTURA
Aventura - Kuwait
Currently under development, Mabanee is the Lead Developer of a consortium that includes National Industries Group and Privatization Holding Company. The driving vision behind the design of Aventura was to create a neighborhood-style development that evokes a sense of home and community. The project will become a contemporary icon and landmark for Jaber Al-Ahmad City and will include a modern, architectural design in a community feel, with several components including a retail component and a residential component, as well as facilities and services to accommodate its residents and visitors including parks and schools.Aventura Residences, the residential component, is comprised of 276 residential units on a built-up area of 65,510 square meters. Aventura Mall, the retail component includes a gross leasable area of 108,200 square meters. The project's expected completion is Q2-Q3 2025.
THE AVENUES - KHOBAR
The Avenues - Khobar - KSA
Inspired by modern architectural design concepts, The Avenues - Khobar is located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, specifically in Khobar City at the northwestern corner of the intersection of King Saudi Road with Prince Sultan Road. The project is valued at 7.2 billion Saudi Riyal.

The Avenues – Riyadh - KSA
The Avenues - Riyadh is located at the heart of Saudi Arabia in North of Riyadh City, in a prime position overlooking the intersection of King Salman Road and King Fahad Bridge and extends across a total built up area of 1,800,000 sqm and is valued over 16 billion Saudi Riyal.
SOUK SABAH
Souk Sabah - Kuwait
Sabah Al-Ahmad (S3) is Mabanee's latest project valued at KD 26 million in the south of Kuwait City. The mixed-use project includes a gross leasable area of 23,200 square meters, and will consist of a hotel, mall, shops, restaurants and cafes, green spaces, cinema, supermarket, family entertainment areas, and a multi-story car park with a capacity to accommodate 500 vehicles.The mall component “Souk Sabah” will reflect the character of a traditional Kuwaiti marketplace, as its architecture will be derived from the Kuwaiti heritage. The market will also include several areas, each of which will have its own identity to create a sense of belonging and history.As for the hotel that will be developed within the project, it will the 3-star Hampton Inn and will include 110 rooms.
