“The department’s mission, deeply engages in the technical, planning, contractual, local regulatory process and commercial aspects of the industry, whereas, at the initial stages of the Project, the focus would be mostly technical and budgetary, but immediately evolves to encompass contractual aspect that paves the way for a safe contracting, protecting by that the company’s forefront interests. Throughout the process, intensive communication channels are set forth, with the Management, Operation and Leasing teams, exchanging and evaluating proposals and requests for change and upgrades meant for the differentiation of the Company’s final offering; the Project Management team focal point, is to incorporate those requests and changes with the least impact on final cost and initial program of works.
Having entered into contracts with several entities to achieve the wished completion of the Project, the department has to secure control processes during the course of the Project, yielding to a safe financial and contractual close out with all parties; the task involves relentless follow up, cut throat negotiation and advanced project control procedures and techniques, leaving no loop hole whatsoever for successors and the Mall Management team.
In a nutshell, the department’s mission is to convert safely and timely, the land into landmark and quality development, through deployment of efficient resources, and employment of cost effective and timely solutions in the rapidly growing construction industry.
