Supporting the whole Mabanee department on legal and regulatory issues, the Legal department works closely with the executive management team across each of the businesses.

The Legal team is composed of professionals who have broad international education and experience in a wide range of expertise in a variety of businesses, as well as specialist expertise on specific topics.

Some of our activities include:

• All legal services related to Mabanee company and its subsidiaries

• Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements such as distribution, franchise and consultancy contracts on a basis daily

• Advising on major corporate matters such as joint ventures and M&A activities
• Working closely with the executive management teams across the business on all matters requiring legal guidance and input

• Advising other department about legal issues

• Meeting The Avenues mall investors and advising the legal issues related to investment contracts

• Drafting all types of contracts for Mabanee company and its subsidiaries
• Follow cases for the company and its subsidiaries with lawyer’s offices and writing notes
