The Mall Management department sits under the control of the Mall Director and is responsible for the following elements of the Avenues:

2) Cleaning
3) Customer Relations
4) Tenant Relations
5) Marketing
6) Public Relations
7) Food & Beverages

Each of the above departmental functions has many diverse elements all of which are focused on providing our customers and investors with a quality environment in which people may shop, dine and generally relax knowing that a safe, secure and clean Mall will be provided at all times.

The Mall Leasing team consists of a dedicated team of property experts who are responsible for all issues relating to the attraction of new and varied tenants to The Avenues. This team has lead the way in ensuring an attractive mix of retail and leisure tenants are now in place in the Mall, many of which are new not only to Kuwait, but also to the GCC as a whole. Mall Leasing also continue to monitor the world wide retail and leisure markets, always looking to enhance this offer for our many customers.
